Getting on to shore without a tender...

Paddles with drip guards are the answer, and modifying your paddling technique slightly,so you dont raise the paddle up quite so high.

Yep, mine come with drip guards, but made little difference. I think part of the challenge is that inflatable Kayaks are a bit wayward at the best of times, so not always so easy to have a consistent stroke to minimise drips. My proper solid touring kayak is in a different league when it comes to paddling.

When we had a meetup at Swanage with others from the BoatBanter forum we were all rafted up to a boat on one of those elastic thingys. Through some miracle of rope work those going ashore could pull on a rope and move the entire raft towards the shore and they stepped off. The raft the returned to its position due to the elastic.

It might have been "DPB" from this forum that had the elastic.

It was me indeed, used it all the time with our 21ft cuddy. You just have to get to know when to drop the bungee anchor when coming in. It was configured with an anchor, then 6m of chain, then the anchor buddy. Worked great. Useful to be able to get off over the bow, for which we made a bow ladder.
