Hi Guys

I would appreciate any help I can get with identifying the maker of my Genoa Track system. The boat is a 2008 Jeanneau SO32i

I want to get some spares and not sure where to look, I think I have seen this logo on my genoa car, in the picture before but I can't remember it

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks IMG_0111.jpg

AFAIK the track from different manufacturers comes in standard sizes, so your replacement genoa car does not necessarily have to be of the same brand, but just be compatible with the same size track.
The the item photographed, with its logo, does look familiar to me, though. I would say, from having previously sailed almost exclusively on boats of French manufacture, almost certainly it is French. You could try entering the search term "Chariot de genois" or "avale de genois"and click on images, then trawl down through the pictures until you find a similar item.

Most Genoa Track system are tee shape track being either 1 " (25mm) or 1 1/4" (32mm) top width.

As above, the car was made by Amiot which became Goiot which became Plastimo

I had some luck getting Amiot spares from Plastimo in the UK after enquiring via Goiot in France
