Genoa to Gothenburg or London?

We are looking to buy a 15m powerboat in April near Genoa that has 4.9m beam, 3m airdraft and 1.3m draft. We are interested in re-locating it, either to London by late June or to Gothenburg by late
May.
We are interested to know of any delivery skippers who’s services we could enlist in both the pre-purchase inspection near Genoa and the delivery of parts of the journey.

The passage looks like a mixture of coastal and inland waterways (that's why the enquiry came to us).
Any suggestions or (better) recommendations? Or maybe more cost effective to transport by road?

15M powerboat will probably be too tall for the bridges, and with bonze props swinging at 1.3 M are highly likely to be dinged ... Land transport and plonk in sea in Netherland or near Cuxhaven for then to take through Kiel canal will probably be the fastest/cheapest combination ..

looked at pricing a 6tonne 10m boat getting moved from Genoa to Rotterdam by sea at a cost of £6k

Depends what motors .Typically 12-15 L so figure ( with pessimism) 180 L / h .
Also if from Nz a bias towards accommodation, or turned around a slug .So 22-24 knots .So a long time, time wise
So 25 miles for every 180 L .So costly fuel wise round Spain .

Overland looks better just from that ^^^ .
It would be better coming out in France say La Rague.
This is because ….
1- Italians for what ever reason don’t do overland ….why should they ?
2- La Rague being Dutch owned and run are daily dropping boats in from up north ……so bag a return truck up .
Genoa to La Rague a day trip albeit a long day for a FB slug so only one del skip day and he can get on the train back nearby .
Then find a local northern based del skip to continue to the chosen destination.
