I use Occulati from Italy ..... Plastic Padding in UK used to do a Marine Gel Coat in a yellow tube. You can also get pigment to add to Gel Coat to create match to existing. Clean thoroughly area .... I use Oven Cleaner and then seriously rinse off with fresh water. let dry ... Mix Gel ... using a lollypop stick or small filler spatula ... apply gel slightly proud of chip. Let cure. Sand back till flush - then finish with ultra fine grade ... if colour is OK - polish ... I have a few chips out of my boat ... which is white Gel then painted red. You can just see the biggest chip halfway between the fenders ... I will fill with standard white Gel Coat - then sand back ... paint to match ... polish. Last edited: 2 Oct 2023
