I've spent many years using gel coat for chips and scratches but it's always a tricky product to get perfect. I've recently discovered a product called "Milliput" and wish I'd found it years ago! I'm not sure if the color would be right for you, they do it in various colors but the fine white is what I use on my boat. You get two sticks of it, just cut off a small piece of each squeeze it together for a couple of minutes and it's ready to use. Push into the chip or crack and smooth it with a damp cloth or wet fingers. It dries hard after twenty four hours and can be drilled, sanded and polished. It's brilliant so much easier than gel coat.

I recently had to get some gel coat for an Orkney at work so I phoned Orkney direct. Have you tried contacting Maxum directly? They might be able to direct you to a UK agent.
