Hi,
I've got a gas fitting I want to undo but don't have a spanner for (see pic below). It's not to hand atm so can anyone tell me what size the nut is likely to be ? A web search throws up 25mm, 27mm and 30mm but can anyone take a guess at which it is likely to be ? I tried a set of swan neck adjustable pliers last time but failed miserably to move it, not helped by my forgetting it's a LH thread
Also failed to get the plastic bung out of the new cylinder (same problem as above
), Anyone any ideas for removing it now ? All I can think of is drilling a hole crosswise into the bung and trying to shift it with a tommy bar...
