Hi,

When sailing the info I want from my Chartplotter is the map and the depth.
Unfortunately with my Garmin GPSMAP 750S reading the depth means putting on my glasses, which is a bit of a pain.
Is that anyway I can have a larger depth number display. I don't need to know what the bottom looks like or how many fish there are, just a big number!

You need to play with the different options for displaying data on the chart screen. I like the data in the four corners others prefer it as a strip down the side. You can also move to another screen that just displays data, but lose the chart functionality.

Personally, I have wind and depth instrumentation over the hatch so that both crew, some get overly excited about speed, and helm can see data in both places.

I’ve tried all settings I can find but the numbers are always same size. Guess I will have to fit a separate display for the depth. Any suggestions for a display that would connect to the gpsmap 750s

A quick Google will get you a range of instrumentation, choose the one that best fits your needs.
