It does indeed, and if you run a search on the forum, it will tell you how to wire it to a serial plug so that you can connect it to a laptop. In my last boat, I output to a DSC radio and a GPS repeater.

You can connect it to a plotter,autopilot or DSC radio.
We had to reduce the baud rate when connecting to a radio but otherwise it's worked fine.
It takes hours to enter waypoints so a plotter is much quicker.
Once you've got the connector cable, you can use software such as Gardown or Waypoint+ to transfer waypoint data files that are easier created on your PC.
I use Gardown a lot; its source website seems to have disappeared but the link above has the software.
