Gael force mailed me about an order placed this morning for a bilge-pump part. They said they were temporarily out of stock and couldn't deliver for a couple of weeks. They realised I might need to order elsewhere. I did, and was very pleased GF got in touch so I'll go back to them for other stuff. I've been grumpily fed up with service recently so pleased when a business actually thinks about the customer.
