No, not the bed linen type.

My current 16mm furry (cotton finish?) genny sheets are getting quite tired and I need new ones, but so far all my usual shops have looked at me blankly. Anyone know a source, preferably in red?

Matt Braid on braid is usually available from most rope suppliers. That is unless you have pressure wash ed the old ones to fluff up the outer braid:eek:

I've used Boatropes (search on ebay) for all my braid on braid. Can't remeber whether he goes as big as 16mm, but the sizes are american (12.7mm rather than 12 for example) and MUCH cheaper than chandlers. 2*25m 12.7 for halliards last time I bought were under 50 quid as I recall....

Only a satisfied customer....

Where are you?

Currently False Bay Yacht Club in Simon's Town, SA. All I can around here is Southern Ropes stuff and they don't seem to do furry ropes, but a friend may visit from the UK and could possibly cram 40 metres of 16mm in their luggage...
