Hello forum,
I need replace a pair of fuel lines for the Volvo 2002 series diesel in my little old boat. The existing lines are 5/16" hose with "Banjo ??" connections on one end and 1/2" UNF male fittings on the other.
One line goes from CAV filter outlet to the engine fuel pump. The other goes from the injector overflow back to fuel tank.
All fittings on the existing fuel lines look like they are crimped on so not sure how best to handle this from diy perspective.
Is it ok to use jubilee clips to clamp the hose to fittings? If so I can buy the necesary bits and save myself some money by diy'ing a new set.
Otherwise any recommendations for a company in the Southampton area that can make up a new set for me would be welcome - thanks.
