I have a 1984 Uniflite Double Cabin. I recently discovered that my 100 gallon fuel tank is leaking on the bottom. It is a diesel tank. Does anyone know if there is any type of fuel leak sealer that is made for tanks that large without removing the tank?

There is no magic cure. Can you see the sauce of the leak? Can you hold your phone down there and take a video to get a closer view? Some tanks have a drain plug screwed from below, see if you can see one, that may be the sauce.

It is very likely to have rusted through from the inside, assuming it's mild steel. Condensation etc. means that water tends to settle to the bottom of the tank, and if left there it slowly rusts the tank from the inside. That means that any patching is a VERY temporary fix. The only cure is to replace the tank; it is unlikely that the existing tank is repairable. I speak from experience; I had a fuel blockage and decided to have the tank cleaned; the tank cleaning removed the rust that was all that was holding diesel in, and I ended up with a bilge full of diesel! A replacement tank was the only possible answer.
