Looking for somebody to invest and distribute my new invention to dramatically increase fuel economy on a diesel engine.

Obviously I cannot describe the full scientific foundation for this breakthrough, suffice it to say that some main components are a stainless pressure vessel containing ceramic balls and another taurian ingredient, and a high pressure pump. Nearly all the information is included in my patent request.

Now surely there must be someone out there who would like to invest in this once in a lifetime offer.

With the fuel saving devices I've already fitted (actually they came as standard), I can already cross from Portsmouth to Cherbourg on about 0.5 l of diesel.

Do you think your device can better than /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I can

Using my atomic stabiliser magnetic whirlygig neutron manifold attachment I actually end up with much more diesel than I set off with, in fact I need to be careful to always leave with almost empty tanks for fear of leaving an oil slick behind me as the tank overflows.

Re: I can

I thought you were creating a new 'bio diesel' fuel by feeding scallops/crab/fish in one end of the dog and getting a liquid suitable for running a marine diesel from the other...../forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I think those are the same devices I've got, but I think they were an absolute ripoff because the diesel just runs straight off them and also leaves stains. Do you have any instructions for yours?

Talbot you must come up with a name first, then when somebody posts using the name you can easily find the post on the internet with a search engine. You then register on that site so you can claim how good your product is.
So you need something like Device Electro Radiation or DER for short.
In fact with my similar device fitted I can get from Woodham to Burnham and only use 100 ml of fuel, but then I do own a yacht by the way.

Nice one!

Well we too here at Ship Hydrodynamic Investigations & Technologies as part of our commitment to yachting (our recent discovery of "draghi" being but one example) have been doing some rapid work over the last week on fuel polishing. Using hints gleaned from these forums we have analysed and tested the effect of the earth's magnetic field on fuel. Tests completed just last night show that sailing on East West courses, so cutting the earth's magnetic field at approximately right angles, ensures clean fuel together with fuel savings of up to 25%.

Reflection on some recent events will result in forumites seeing that this finding is not unexpected. For example no one from the Cherbourg jolly has experienced any fuel problems at all since undertaking that voyage. Conversely, TCM who did the right thing for a little while by motoring backwards and forwards in the Med spoilt it all by a Gib to England voyage which has immediately resulted in a fuel pump failure at a cost that would make the eyes of most of us water.

The diesel we used for our tests could have been purchased by the Navy if they had so wished so the results are fully endorsed by them. Our experimental results will be published shortly on our mentor and patron's internet site Here.

Re: NOCANDOO

Initial results from EPA trials show an enormous degree of surprise by their technitians. With results like this we expect to clean up either in direct sales of the product, or from a major additives manufacturer in order to withdraw our product from the market. I have already increased the personal security on the secret ingredient, and asessing plans to add some form of destructive component to stop industrial espionage from breaking open one of our stainless cannisters. Unfortunately, initial prototypes have caused the boats fuel tanks to erupt, so there is a small design flaw in the system , nevermind, we will certainly have fixed it before the end of the first production run. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Not like you not to follow an idea through to it's conclusion,or are you being coy to protect your intellectual rights.

Magnetic enhancement of fuel (a well known but poorly understood phenomenon) can be harnessed by having a flexible non metallic fuel line with a copper tube insert.
This allows you to orientate the fuel line to the earths magnetic field, and allow you to harvest those gausses regardless of ships heading.

If it can't be fixed with a lump hammer dont fit it!

I prefer running diesels on modified used chip oil myself.

However the most efficient propulsion unit uses no fuel at all, & I got one.
No patent on the idea either.
Ever heard of sails? Oh? I'll shut up then.

Regards

Richard.
