Frosty Portishead

Managed to skive off to Portishead last night.Cracking sail over started with 2 reefs then finished up with full sail barrelling along in a fresh [cold] N Wly.

New {40 year old belonged to my Father} lamp provides enough light to read and quite a bit of heat.The vent above the cooker seems to deal with the fumes.

Someone getting into the festive spirit.

Used a small fan heater overnight,ice on pontoons in the morning .Woke up to another red sky.

3 pairs of socks and thermals needed ,sailed back in light airs and sunshine.The Vegas desperate for a bit of paint varnish scrubbing etc but sod it go sailing instead /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think he's done it for the competition this year as Pete (Lady Sophie, the Trader) is away for Xmas .

Ah, so Chris bought it then! I'll have to have a butchers at the carol singing evening.
We'd love to enter the lights competion but have no leave left from work to bring the boat down!
