Can anyone tell me if its possible to bypass the seacock water inlet and then pipe from my freshwater tanks to my toilet flush. So I can flush with fresh instead of river water?

assuming el. toilet, yep, done it, just need to add a solenoid electrovalve and a non-return valve so that contaminated loo bowl water couldn't possibly go back to tank. Whole thing is rather theoretical as freshwater is pressurised.
What I did is wire the el.valve to the el.motor so when it operates, it opens up letting the toilet suck freshwater

not as rich as Elessar :p
bought two of china's best (read cheapest!) solenoid valves

mind they operate with a mightly clang, sure Mark's are much more civilised being plastic but at 6X the price, plus you have to source your own endings to connect to existing pipework (it's 1/2 inch).
Two years on, no leaks, no failures, quite happy.
