I was wondering, how these passage times were calculated? Non-stop or "easy" (i.e. 8-10hours a day)?

If my maths is right, taking the lower Seine via Paris and the Burbonnais route it takes 1166km/630NM.
I would be mostly singlehanding, 8-10 hours a day is more than enough for a day...
