Freeman Hatch leak

My Southerly has a Freeman series 2400 oval hatch in the base of the anchor locker, which provides access to the bow thruster compartment below.
In normal operation the anchor locker has 80m of 10mm galvanized chain in it, most of it sitting on top of the hatch.
The hatch has a SS T bar on top which operates the latches, the shank of the tee bar goes through the aluminum casting, and the shank is sealed by a bush, and possibly an O ring.
Looking from below, I can see daylight between the tee bar shank and the casting, which is the obvious source of at least one leak.
It looks like the O ring is missing, and perhaps the bush is worn. The hatch was installed by the builder in 2007, and it only gets opened a few times a year, to check the bow thruster compartment.

The Freeman website has a cross section of the assembly.

The part numbers for the bush is 013-2058, and the bush and sleeve 013-2001.
I've also found a part number 0031-2203 for a kit, which includes the bush and sleeve, plus the pin, item 7 on the drawing, which has to be removed before the tee bar can be withdrawn. I'm not quite sure that this part number is correct, I got it from an American website, and it is describes as for "the standard hatch".
I've asked Northshore if they can supply the spares, I've contacted Halyard the UK agents for Freeman, 3 emails 2 phone call, but nothing more than "we'll have look", I've emailed the American site to see if the can deliver to the kit to the UK, but no reply.
The parts seem to be widely available in the US.
Has anyone any ideas where I might be able to source any one of the 3 parts I've listed?
or whether it is possible to just replace the O ring .... and what size that might be?

Unlikely anyone other than Freeman know what the size is; time to dismantle the latch, measure the ring and buy some spares, they're pennies. The pin is probably a spring or roll pin and should be reusable, unless the shank is rattling around the bush is probably fine to reuse too.

Thanks, that's what I intend to do, when I go back to the boat on the 17th March. I know I can make a temporary fix, which will probably last a season, but I wanted to do a proper repair, so I don't have to worry about for a while.
I can probably drift out the bush from below, if I need to, to give better access to the O ring grove.
The pin is a plane bit of rod which has been knurled at one end, to give some friction, I can see that from the photo of the replacement part, on several US chandlery websites, so hopefully it will drift out easily. I can probably replace it with a nut and bolt, if I can't reuse it.

I just find it frustrating when the main UK agent can't supply a replacement, on what is obviously a wearing part, even when I have given them the part number. By the number of bushes available on US websites, the part is in demand, and people expect to have to replace it.
If I can't get the part, I'll probably re-engineer it next winter and try an fit lip seal or similar.
