I was just reading a thread on the Thames Forum and noticed that one forumite had a Baseball Cap as his profile picture, not sure what the logo is but it got me thinking: Why not have a Forum Baseball Cap, we have a burgee why not a cap. I buy a baseball cap at least once a year, current one is RNLI which at least is a good cause but I normally end up buying a **** one off a high street stall. If there was one available I would definately definitely buy one.

So, any thoughts ? Good Idea ? Bad Idea ?

HLB probably should have asked you first................

Used to do tee shirts, but nearly no one bought them, hardly anyone buys burgees any more.

Arn't baseball hats those things that spotty youths wear backwards??

Been meaning to buy a flappy thing for a while, although all these Ensign posts have got me worried about where to put it! :-)

However I think I rather poke out my eyes with my freshly removed (as good as scrap - came with the boat free) fake/cheapo Danforth than wear (any) Internet forum baseball cap.

No offence to the OP. I'm just a spotty youth and even I couldn't get away with it!

HLB I will be in touch soon for a flappy thing (if Im still aloud)...

Really don't mean to provoke Stormin Norm, just rediculously peed off with my good for nothing Anchor.

Excellent idea!!

I've already got one that Englander got made. His agent, Cuchilo (the notorious wood-butcher hereabouts), may still have some left.

Thanks Forbsie,

It was you that got me going on this subject but it look like you and I are in the minority on this one.

Unfortunately I have passed the spotty teenager years and I now require a cap to keep the bald patch from getting sunburnt.

HLB I can see you point if no one is buying the forum kit.

It was just a thought.

Forbsie/Stormin Norm

Cuchilo very kindly supplied me with one of those - I also think he may have one or two left.

I do indeed have five left .......
