I saw a note where somebody mentioned a Forum Burgee. Was it a joke or do they really exist? If so can anybody tell me where to aquire one?
Is it a little sideline for KH, does he take off his old T shirts chop 'em up with scissors, write on them, and do a resell job, or are they slightly more professional?

It's a mouse, the glass is the alcoholic side, but then none of us are known to take a drink onboard, ever.

Actually the "glass" bit is sposed to represent the social element and the "mouse" bit is sposed to represent the computery element. gedit! Why martini's though I don't know. Never touch the stuff myself.....ask the man the designed it.

Pretty good explanation Barry.....the mouse is indeed meant to represent the computer/internet involvement. The martini glass was, I suppose, an attempt to represent the social side but more triggered by a)the gin-palace image many have of motor boaters and b) it fitted the shape etc with the mouses tail into the point.

The reality is that I 'designed' it from some basic clipart as a bit of a joke and Haydn, god bless 'im went ahead and got some made.........the rest, as they say , is history.........

You need to speak to Tony of Boatone fame for the explanation for the logo. If we had pravaracated any longer about the bloody thing, we would have been as slow as the rag and stick merchants and still no have a flag. As it is, we have had one for donkeys years.

Sure as hell I dont expect to get mine back in time.
Wrote note, found large envelope for return, stuck 2x 1st class stamps on it, addessed it to me, found smaller envelope, addressed it to W Hall Group, stamped 1st class, legged it to post box and ran, (yes it was raining!) back home. Started clearing desk and as i put my reminder note to one side the word 'cheque' came into focus! Stuff it, find another envelope write another note, find another stamp, put the cheque in, yes it was signed! leg it again? Nah! Pouring with hail now! Take the car for the 250yards. Is there a space to park is there hell! Parked illegally posted 2nd letter & came home.

Will damn well deserve it IF it arrives!
