Hi. Anybody got a Ford Sabre engine wiring diagram they can share with me please.
Specifically mine is a 212c but I guess any 6 cylinder diagram will be useful.

Heavy live and earth for starter. Starter solenoid live feed. Wires for oil pressure and water temperature. Whatever wires your particular alternator requires: feed to charge battery, light wire, tacho feed if not mechanical tachos. Not a lot of wiring on them.

I meant to talk about this in the yard earlier.

Gordmac is spot on. Its only about 7 wires.

If your alternators have the integral regulator, then it needs an output wire, which can go straight to the main battery lead somewhere, starter motor close. Needs a tacho sense wire and an exciter wire.

Main batt leads.

Lead from ignition switch to starter solenoid.

The rest are for instruments.

Wire for stop solenoid or energise to run if you have it.

Simples.
