Don't know precise recipe but its supposed to make good jam.

Boil with lots of sugar I guess

Don't fancy personally - but then

I don't have to eat it

Good Luck

Did pumpkin and ginger soup last year, with cummin to spice it up. Can't remember the recipe, just sort of made it up as we went along. Pretty good though!

According to the other half. Dry the seeds and either grown them next year or eat them. The "meat" out of your pumpkin can be used in pies soups stews etc. Its basically tasteless so is used to bulk out various dishes and takes flavourings well.

We've got pumpkin soup later......ohh I am so looking forweard to that. Oh and I've found a use for out of date fire extinguishers with thr trick and treater's. Oh what fun seeing the kids running away covered in white powder!!!!!!

May be a bit late now, but try http://www.recipesource.com and do a search for "pumpkin". The hard part then normally becomes which of the hundreds of recipes that pops up is to be the one.

Have fun

Re: Wait a minit

Don't do it

My mistake

Mixed pumpkin up with marrow

Disclaim all responsibility for any digestive misadventures

Vegetables not my strong point

Sorry

Re: Wait a minit

Easy solution. Do you have a Halloween pumpkin outside?

No excuse for mixing up pumpkin with marrow.

|f you have a candle lit marrow in the porch, U should be shot. That is not at all traditional

Not sure abourt the "flesh" but roast the seeds for 10/15 mins @ 200C with a little salt. Yummy.
