There is only one place on that list that I have ever visited AFAIK and that was The Ferry Boat at Fambridge. Most of them seem to be inland anyway?

There one in Brightlingsea - Mac's Plaice, 1 - 3 Church Road - but it is not somewhere I remember ever visiting.
