Afternoon all, I have a Brunton autoprop AP 4053 LH
I need a folding prop for my Starlight 39, but I need RH, anyone recommend me anywhere that might swap or exchange props?
 
I will check tomorrow but we have a folding prop that came off our Starlight 39 as a result of changing our engine. It is in the roof space wrapped in bubble wrap!

I would be very interested in that gingerAl, please do let me know. I have the yanmar 3JH 3 E engine.

I’ve checked and it is a two blade folding Gori propellor, 18 x 13 RH, serial number 53957. It was the drive from a Ford Mermaid engine - we changed to a Beta and were forced to change propellor.

A mate of mine bought the wrong handed prop for his Bavaria with a Volvo penta. He found out the gearbox gave same power in reverse as forwards, changed the cables over and it worked fine.

Might be worth a look if you’ve already got the prop.
 
Cueball, thanks for getting in touch again - I thought this had gone cold! I have just trued to private message you also and am struggling to do so. I suspect that you also are seeing:
'Oops! We ran into some problems'.
The prop is sitting beside my desk back in its bubble wrap! Rather than put it back in the roofspace I was going to try and post it for sale. I have photos that I can email including the details stamped near the shaft.
Not sure best way to get in touch
