Flybridge coolbox lock

Hi everyone,

I usually keep drinks in the flybridge coolbox, i was wondering if there is a way to secure it with a lock or any other means.

My only thought was that drilling in would compromise the insulation and adhesive would not deter would be robbers!

Don't bother. If you lock it and some thief wants to know what's inside they will force it doing potentially a lot of damage.
If the contents are that valuable put them inside or take them home.
My own experience of 20 years of boats is that theft (apart from outboards) is pretty rare. Your neighbours in the marina are very unlikely to steal and non boat owners are wary of getting on board as they don't understand boats. Easier pickings elsewhere.

Just stick this sign on the lid. Any potential booze thief will see they have boarded a "dry boat" and move along to their next victim

Put your vodka and gin in bottles labelled 'White Spirit; your Blue Curacao in bottle labelled "Meths'; etc!

Need to lock up your alcohol, I guess you keep the boat in Wales then ?

Put a Carlsberg sticker on the front. That should warn the majority away.
