Which one are you, Bodgit or Scarper ?

If you sea the wind in Torbay poles don’t work. I live 240 miles from my boat I want something I know will work.

Our tonneau is held tight with a height adjustable pole, never had a problem with pooling water, it was pretty inexpensive to have custom made.

The thing that always flummoxed me with canvas covers is the poppers. If the canvas is tight, the studs can be a couple of millimeters out of line....and be almost impossible to press together. I like the elastic cord on a hook method....gives you that little bit of tolerance to play with

That’s true, but the elastic bungees aren’t as tight when fitted, I prefer the look of the poppers too.
