Does anybody know a supplier for very bright or fluorescent paint for sprucing up our club's racing marks? Preferably not aerosol on cost grounds.

cheers,
david

We recently had to repaint some oceanographic buoys, the paint used was orange Epiphanes yacht enamel, apparently as used by the RNLI. It didn't dry properly and flaked off while being varnished, despite all the correct primer, temperatures and drying times being used, so while I'd recommend the colour, I can't do the same for the paint manufacturer.
