Tridents do not like weight at the stern. On ours, a triple keel version, back in the '70s I even added a hefty lead ingot up forward to improve it's windward performance, worked well too

Sorry no picture as on previous boat but just fit a stern boarding ladder a long one about 1.5 metres, they usually have a folding joint but that doesnt matter.When you want to stow the dighy on it just raise the full length so its sticking out horizontal and find some way of holding it there perhaps use the topping lift or tie it to the backstay and put your dinghy on it with perhaps bow and stern lines to the pulpit, that way its clear of the water.
