Hi all. I've got a 1999 Beneteau Antares 10.80, two questions..... 1, can someone shine a light on how I can remove the cabin sliding side windows???? and 2, does anyone know where I can source replacement sliding window rubbers - I can find the right rubber section, but I cant find it with a flock covering?????

Any help would be gratefully received.

Cheers

If you cant see a load of screws they are probably clamp in ones, in which case you might find a trim panel inside, remove that to reveal the clamps.

Try Seals Direct.

Hi, thanks for your response.... the whole window frame assembly appears to be one large fabrication and there's no obvious way to remove it, and the sliding window panes seem to be captive in the frame, which is good for security put god knows what happens if one gets broken. I'd tried seals direct but no luck, they, like a lot of other seal sellers have the profile but not flock covered and a plain rubber seal would grip the window and prevent it from sliding, I could use a silicone lubricant.......

Cheers

Try Seaglaze for the flock lining. They make such windows after all. There is also another supplier of window rubbers. If I remember who it is I will post it up. I had to replace the glass in one of my sliding windows and that involved taking the whole window out and then dismantling the frame to do it..
