I saw that yesterday Narwa Registered in St Johns if the ole memory is correct.

Not etiquette but meanness.
We passed the 2 DFDS Dunkerque ferries in the Canale Intermediare yesterday, and each one had the tiniest Red Duster at the back, probably no more than 1/2 a yard.
I think they ought to have more pride in their country of origin, as the poor wee thing didn't even drape to a quarter of the staff length.
Still, at least the boats were UK registered rather than Monrovia,
