Fitting Up Supper 27th April Bradwell Quay Sailing CLub

Caterers have repled, and seem very efficient. They even bring their own waiting staff!

Menu price won't change much, will need to order by the Thursday morning if we have the full a la carte.
Given that there is normally a bit of weather in the forecast around that time, I will talk to them about alternative menu for maximum flexibility

Spoke to the nice people, we are devising a weather beaten menu, and some options for kids too.
Expect a sample menu next week.

As the boss has yet to get back to me about the shift swaps for that weekend I'm inclined to tell him it's too bloody late when he finally gets around to dealing with it (the swap isn't for my benefit, it is supposed to be for his!)

So I'm now contemplating a solo jaunt sans dear lady wife (who def has to work). What's the deadline for up making of mind if it isn't too late already?

I'm going to have to pull out sadly. I have a clash of dates with a cub camp and there aren't enough leaders to tell the little blighters to go to sleep. I hope to arrange a visit to the East Coast Proper a couple of weeks after the FU supper

It was looking good for a while but I may have a conflict around that time - I've been invited to sail on the Matthew from Bristol to France and film the whole thing, sometime in the last week of April and early May. Will find out exact dates and let you know.
