Fitting Up Supper 27th April Bradwell Quay Sailing CLub

Pics of the evening

Agreed - very good evening; welcoming club, good food and the chance to catch up with old friends and add some new faces to (boat) names! Top job Jim for arranging - many thanks. Some snaps - before Sailorman demands them as proof!:

Sue and Josie - my excuse to grab a pic of the sunset...

...just like that... (some bloke got up and said some stuff)... but who was that on his shoulder whispering in his ear?

Super evening. Thanks, Jim for arranging it. It was good to meet a few new East Coasters. Excellent location - just the right size and ambience for one of our dos.

See you all on the water, I hope.

Ali and Gordon.

+1

First time for Clare and me. Nice to put faces to names. Thanks Jim for making all the arrangements.

Looking forward to coming to the next one.

That looks to be a superb venue

We would have squeezed you on.

Very nice to meet friends old and new. Good food at a sensible price and great venue. Top evening thanks Jim

I was glad you had all gone home by the time we came in from a sail cos someone had moved the pontoon by six feet apparently Well that's my excuse. It wasn't pretty :)

unfortunatly it clashed with the FMYC fund raising auction ( House fabric upkeep fund). we managed to raise in excess of £900, helped by kind donations / services from Fox`s, Rigging.boatyard & engineering depts, Gowen / Ocean sails & Dolphin Sails.
Our season starts officially next w/e, roll-on.

Thanks All, we had a really good time.
Merry's Fine Foods proved to be just that.
Bradwell Quay SC were really pleased to see us, very welcoming. Bar prices also very welcoming.
Excellent venue, we could probably squeeze 50 in there.

Lovely to see more new faces, but as usual, I didn't get round to talk to everyone in depth.

Also very pleased that Sailorman and FMYC also had a very succesful evening.

All round top job on the ECF.

Cracking evening, great to meet lots of new faces (ECMF virgins as we were). All very friendly, definitely be there again.
Thanks very much Jim,
Karl and Claire

Had further to go than you! I think we had the motor on at that point, it went off at N. Eagle and we had a super sail. Made it back to Pin Mill with just 15 mins to spare!

Really sorry we couldn't make it. Zoe's back op on Friday really can't come quickly enough. Glad you all had a good time.
