It's all coming together slowly so now I need some numbers.
One of the great things about these get-togethers is that there is always new faces to meet and no cliques so don't be shy, join the fun.
As previously stated the date is 10th May at Burnham. I shall speak to the marina about a club rate.
The Swallowtail is already booked for a party so we are going to the Burnham Sailing Club which is just a short walk along the river path. Thanks to Vamoose for his help. I am sorting out menus with caterers who have worked there before. I'll put the choices up in due course so we can pre-order. We are talking about £15 for a three course meal plus about £3 a head towards the rent. The latter is recouped by you by bringing your own drinks as there is no bar. I am assured this is a nice venue.
So in time-honoured fashion please copy and paste the ongoing list started below with name, numbers, boat name if needing a berth and boat length.
