Fishing?

Any areas around Walton on the Naze likely to provide me with a catch?4ft 6in draft !

[/ QUOTE ]Doubt you'll find a fish of that draught around Walton /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I thought that a while ago. Bought a cheap rod/reel and spent a very relaxing couple of hours anchored up with the rod over the side (oo-er missus). All I caught was a crab the size of my fingernail. Not as easy as it looks.

I thought that too, so bought a rod, and have spent many, many happy hours feeding the local sea life..........I have caught weed, crabs, a cold, assorted jellyfish, and bugger all else round here. On the way back from Plymouth I could catch bucketfuls of mackeral with silver paper! but round here.....I think the fish are clever or the fishermen need to be cleverer. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Will someone please tell me a good all round easy to get bait and or lure and what if any technique is needed before my rod appears on ebay /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
