Firth of Forth mooring or berth

Looking for a home in the Firth of Forth for a 22 foot fin keel boat. Preferably up stream of the rail bridge but would travel further. Port Edgar is a bit pricey for me.

Any suggestions very welcome.

Unfortunately most of the places up river from Port Edgar aren't very suitable for mooring fin-keelers, unless with legs. Several possibilities down river from the bridges on the north side.

Try Royal Forth Yacht Club at Granton.

Burntisland has floating moorings inside the harbour. Dalgety bay has floating moirings in the bay but not sure if dry out? Likewise Aberdour which is a lovely harbour but not sure if it dries out? Other than that I think you're stuck with Granton until you get way out to Anstruther. Kirkcaldy has some inner harbour moorings which don't dry out and the harbour is dredged for commercial traffic but it's not really a yacht club more small motor boats.

You might try http://www.ufbc.co.uk/ they are near Boness, friendly lot with own boatyard but not a marina as they use club buoys

Dalgety bay has floating moirings in the bay but not sure if dry out?
