The list is getting shorter and the bucket a little fuller....

Sorry about the bad language at 25s - but we'd been waiting for the launch for quite some time and Ann's, (chief Camera Person), mind had wondered off....

Anyway, having huge amounts of fun on the ICW but need to get out of Florida and find some cooler weather.

LOL, I opened the thread assuming a typo in the title, and wondering about the difference between an anchorage for lunch or dinner...

No exclusions zones anywhere - but the boat in front of us was about a close as the shoaling would allow.
Looked far better to the naked eye - you could feel the sound in your chest :)

Air space is closed a few hours before and after launches . I was flying into Sanford airport one day when ATC called traffic at 3 O'clock, when I called back in saying I didn't have a visual they said " It's ok it was the space shuttle and it's landed" They were just messing with me (as usual). I was actually surprised how many rocket launches there were, it was quite a lot. The night launches were good as I could see them off my balcony.
Where will the loop take you next? Georgia-South Carolina-North Carolina?

There sure are a lot of launches, this one was the largest rocket since Saturn 5 - I would have loved to have seen a shuttle go up....

We are heading north, we cover a mean of 20 miles per day which will get us to Canada for August. Reality is that we’ll do 20 miles one day, 65 another and stay for more than one night and have a rest day when a town takes our fancy....

I am busily writing up a trip report but it’s turning into a bit of a monster - will hopefully have something in a few days....
