I have been making a simple fiddle rail for the cooker.
Ive bent up the basic rail from 15mm wide aluminium flat strip and am now wondering how high above the pan supports it should be.
A frying pan is the most difficult thing to retrain so am think of getting one of these rectangular pans, which have handles designed to fit over the rail, and making the height of the rail to suit.

Any useful comments regarding the fiddle rail ?
