Fibreglass and gelcoat repair lessons

Hey all, are you aware of anyone running classes on fibreglass and gelcoat repairs? We've a few repairs that need completing and want to become more self-sufficient.
We're in Essex on East coast but would travel if required

I'll follow this thread with interest. I have a Trader 47 too and she needs a few 'dings' repairing.. Have you managed to match gel coat colours on your boat?

I have no experience of this company on Canvey Island other than knowing a friend went on one of their courses a few years ago:- CYB Glassfibre Store - Fibreglass Training and GRP Courses

Thanks I've mailed them...interesting to read that they only do 1-1 tuition now so would appear tailored to the individual needs...

Not East Coast but Hamble School of yachting do a yacht maintenance course that covers gelcoat.

Its run by an ex boat builder who used to build proust catamarans, and now works for West Systems.
