Fender step or foldable step

We've found the Anchor Marine Step Fender good for step up from dinghy - as you can get your whole foot onto it, standing on the instep - not just toes and ball of foot,

I friend I used to sail with was in his 80s, and finding getting aboard his Dufour 385, with high topsides a challenge. I got him one of these from Ikea. Yes, I know, but the interior was a bit Ikea anyway

It meant he was able to continue sailing, with crew, for a few more years, but you want a big boat, or it'll be seriously in the way.
