Fender full of water

I found a big fender washed up on the beach. It seems in useable condition but is about a quarter full of water. Any easy method of emptying the water?

inflate a bit, turn upside down so that the valve is pointing downwards, remove or otherwise open valve. Repeat until de fender has no more of de water on de inside. (Landrover joke...)

Make a small hole and squeeze the water out. Heat the area where the hole is and straight away seal with clear silicone. Job done.

Hmmm. I was hoping not to puncture it. Perhaps I'll try the over inflation trick first
