I never like doing it - but know it has to be done ...

My Perkins is fine .... boats been out since early last year and was sorted for last winter.

My Yanmar has just come out of water - so needs to be done ...

My VP AQ170 is still in water but water circ pump still not refitted - so she's going to have to wait a bit ...

Winterizing what is that?

Just joking as we really don't have really cold winters, one of the reasons we moved here and not Canada (too cold)

A lot depends on whether it is raw or f/water cooled. I had a r/w engine in a Sadler replaced by a f/w one and the lay-up was much easier, without the faffing around running a barrel of oily water through.
