Faversham Maritime festival Great event

We have just had a lovely weekend enjoying the maritime festival ,just about as far up the creek as you can get ,live music,barges smacks,steam tug and trad boats filling the town quay and our wharf.Great to see kids swimming in the creek again too.
Hope we get to do it all again next year .

me, not now living anywhere near North Kent, was unaware of this event, but it cerainly seems a great idea, and if well supported could go from 'strength to strength'.
