I bought a cd with the manual for this and various other Johnson/Evinrudes through Ebay for a couple of quid. PM me if you want more 'detail'.

The title is "Johnson/Evinrude Outboards, 1971-89 repair Manual" by Seloc Publications (www.selocmarine.com).
Unfortunately you'll find a lot of information on other outboards you don't care of, but that's all you can find. I bought it few years ago and I'm quite happy.

I take the opportunity to ask another question: where on the net can I find spares for the same engine? In particular the cooling water impeller.

iShopmarine in the us and presumably further afield.
Be prepared to renew any gaskets or O rings that you disturb en route to the pump impeller.
The Seloc manuals are available from Amazon but as no year is specified in the question check the coverage before buying.
Manufacturers manuals are usually better though than those which cover a wide range of models.
