We have just sailed to Brest having pre-sent the preavis form because we thought the procedure was the same as last year. You could only land at certain major ports - in our case Roscoff or Brest.
This year it’s much easier.
No forward sending of preavis and entry via any port - so L’Aber Wrach or Cameret sur Mer in our case.
I found nothing online about this before departure.

Not quite any port I don’t think. There is a list online somewhere - but I remember your two are on it. I don’t think Brest have ever required a préavis but the likes of L’Aber and Camaret do.

But Dunkerque marina at least knew nothing about this on the 14th.June - hopefully by next year ............
