Entry (and return) to Morocco from Spain

Does anyone have current experience of entering Morocco (Tangier) from Spain?
And just as important, return into EU?
What are the covid requirements?
Noonsite.com suggests the country is closed but the last update was in April.

Pre covid, I was in and out of Morocco dozens of times by yacht. I've heard good reports about the Tangier Marina, perhaps an email direct to them will answer the question?
