I assume this thread is just a bit of humour, so I have another suggestion.
As an cure for your Xmas excesses take a stroll along your local navigable ditch, with a bit of luck you should be able to find a tin slug with its engine room doors open, if you have a good look inside you may well find someone with a pot of brasso doing this sort of stuff for real. Polished brass rocker covers, water pumps, thermostat housings, all copper and brass pipes polished, high shine bezels on the instruments with polished connecting pipes, and immaculate engine paintwork in green and red.
Then have a look at the bling on the roof - polished brass vents, anmd then the hull - brass window frames, polished brass fairleads, tunnel lamp, tiller and tiller pin and so on.
Don't look at mine though, no bling, just paint on the engien parts and chrome vents - boating is far more fun than polishing.
Ahem I feel I must put you straight. Theres no "fun" intended. tcm is the biggest "chav" going. Rides around in a "phat" merc or did and has plenty of "bling" on the boat.So serious answers only please.
Yeah, Tone. You should checkout the wikkid new antifoul job he's done on D2. And the bass unit he's got in the tender garage is so massive, right, he can't get the tender in there.
<hr width=100% size=1>Hung like Einstein, and smart as a horse.
Pity them (the NBoaters) 'cos there's zilch more to don their boats As both EA and BW have shut down the whole "system" from November to late March 2005.
good idea jfm .............. ahem. tcm, i have the Pirelli calendar millennium edition. available for a small ish fee - or swapped for a pair of fabulous shoes !
