Engine - External rust problem

SAWDOC - I am pretty sure there are no leaks. I think it is just a a combination of damp an bear metal. The push fit coolant circuit, I could do with some of the rubber fittings that are inside the pipes for spares, and idea where I could get these?
 
An advantage of using a de- humidifier over the winter is that the engine stays dry rather than getting condensation all over it when the weather suddenly turns warmer and wetter.
I just use a protective spray each spring when I take out the dehumidifier - cannot remeber the brand but its like those listed in previous posts.
Dont use WD 40 - plenty of previous posts regretting using this stuff which gives a guey build up which gets filthy
