I have been stripping the Thermost housing and other bits off my TAMD 31B to trace a coolant leak, which I found and replaced the old seals. I drained off the green volvo coolant to replace with new.

Before I could replace the coolant, they closed the marina and nicely asked me to leave. So my engine is sitting with no coolant could this cause me a problem.

Only if someone starts it.

No it won't, when it freezes ice expands and blows the core plugs first and this releases the pressure on the engine block, but with nothing in it there is nothing to freeze and expand to cause damage.
