Emsworth surveyor

Just had my hull slurry blasted by Symblast (great job & first class clean-up) but would like to get a moisture reading and hull survey done soonish. Boat is a 1994 Beneteau Oceanis 300, no sign of blisters or osmosis to my untutored eye but would be interested in professional opinion and also a view on whether we should get her epoxied. Any recommendations on Emsworth/Chichester surveyors?

That's an easy one ... Adrian White covers that area ... and I cannot recc'd highly enough.

Tony Staton-Bevan wrote the book - literally - on osmosis. He did a survey for me years ago and I found him very helpful. He was initially recommended to me by Ian Nicolson.

As I think it might have been you who re-named here, you might be pleased to know that we are retaining the name. In faact that, bizarrely, was one of the things that SWMBO liked about her (not that I'm complaining mind)

Symblast offer moisture readings at the time of the blasting, along with help and advice on what coatings can be applied, why not talk to Paul or take a look at their really informative web site.
