Get a tecma. Best £1000 you’ll ever spend on you boat.
You don’t have to wear a hair shirt just because you have sails.
Has anyone here ever fitted a tecma and regretted it? (“I wouldn’t because” posts don’t count)

I sailed on a boat a few years back with electric toilets. Really noisy things. One has since packed up and replaced with a manual one. Another reason for the manual one was total power failure. The girls weren't happy with a bucket !

Need patience as well as Euros though, waiting list is 3 years and growing.
I know that JPK and Structures/Pogo already had long waiting lists, but in now seems fairly general across the whole industry at the moment, due to the difficulty of obtaining all sorts of parts. I know that the French builders are struggling to get keels.

I wonder if we’ll start to see the practice alleged to have happened with Morgan cars, back when the wait was 7or 8 years, of people selling on their place on the waiting list.
