Thanks very much for your input. A small adjustment resolved the issue. I actually can't believe it. The last time it happened the boat had to be taken out of the water & was out of action 5 weeks in a local Volvo workshop trying to resolve the issue. I also received a very hefty bill and i'm not talking hundreds it was thousands. (how can those guys not know this) I definitely owe you guys a few beers. For any issue in the future I know where to call to first. Thanks again.
